Catherine's estate was suggested by yellow drapes hung on the upstage beams, and a table and chairs were brought in for the pudding scene.  Lighting was warm, except for the "Average, Ordinary Woman" song -- shown below.  It was more of a campy ballet moment, so the lighting was also as if it was an over-serious Le Sylphide moment...
