Directed by Cheryl Cantwell (as well as Costume Design). Set &
Lighting Design by Jon Ares, Choreography by John Szerszen. Orchestra conducted
by Jeff Cumpston, and Scenic Painting by the incomparable Elesa Douglas.
Cheryl conceived Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella in 1950's French Riviera
- a la Roman Holiday, Funny Face, etc. Pink, black and white were the colors.
The set evoked a tourist-y square, with a bookstore (Cinderella's deceased father's
shop), Godmother's Chocolates, and Cafe Oscar. The Orchestra was prominently
displayed as well on the promenade.
